Pipeline Hamara-Packages

The place where all the blocks join to create a masterpiece!
Builds all packages found under https://git.hamaralinux.org/devel/packages/swastik.git
and publish the artifacts to /opt/hamara_repo_preliminary/hamara_custom_packages dir (which is mounted to aptly container)
